Patient Referrals
The following documents will be useful for making patient referrals to the Maudsley Bipolar eMonitoring Project. We are primarily recruiting patients who receive services from the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust (SLAM), preferably patients seen in community mental health teams (CMHTs), and also patients who are members of The MDF The Bipolar Organisation and live within the Greater London area.
From June to December 2007 we ran a small pilot of remote emonitoring for participants who live out of our catchment area, even abroad, given the great demand for this programme and our need to recruit quickly.The recruitment for now is closed until further notice.
